How I work

The first thing to do is to contact me throught any of my social media or my mail (you can find it in the "Home" page) or to place the orden in my VGen.Payment: You have to send 50% of the payment beforehand (or the 100% of the payment)You will have to provide: All the information that I have to have in mind while doing the artwork. For example: The canvas size, character, poses reference, etc. With this information I am going to start doing a sketch and send it to you. Doing this you can point out things you want to change, I change those things and send it back to you. And the process repeats until you are satisfied with the sketch.Knowing that, I am going to finish the drawing, you may ask in this process WIPs. Or I may ask questions to know if you are okay with me changing some things. If for some reason I can’t finish it in the estimated deadline you can request a refund or extend the deadline.After I finished the artwork I will send it to you. If you want any changes made it will cost more money depending of what would you like to change and how far the progress the artwork is. Only if it was a clearly mistake of me the changes are going to be free. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. If you are not comfortable with my TOS and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission. If you have any questions, please contact me before placing an orden. Violators of my TOS will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning. Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, harrasment, and/or non-constructive.Payments:
You, the client, have to send 100% or the 50% of the payment before I start working. In the case you decided to paid 50% of the payment you have to pay the rest of it when before I finished the artwork. If payment is not made in a timely manner (48h) after I told you to pay the other half, the commission will be canceled and will result in blacklisting. I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction. Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting.Changes and revisions:
The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. In the sketch process you can ask as many changes you like. But after that any changes will cost more money depending of what would you like to change and how far the progress the artwork is. Only if it was a clearly mistake of me the changes are going to be free. I will only send a guaranteed WIP for the sketch, but you are free to request a WIP at any given time. Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.Deadline and deliviry:
You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission if you want it before or after 2 to 3 weeks. This deadline must be disclosed before the payment. I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance. If for some reason I can't make it in that time I am going to notify you and deadline would be extended. No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed. The format of deliviry is going to be the artwork you requested in a png format. Plus a link to a drive where you have access to the artwork and all past and future commissionsUse:
General use: You, the client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited (Art by: @myusername) and linked back to me (put my @ in the post with the correct username that I have in the platform, if I am not in that platform put the link of my social medias) You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only or claiming it. You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) You are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission or to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.” I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work (unless you pay for a certain license stating otherwise) I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case if you agree to let me share the artwork, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design. If you request that the artwork to be private, it entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media or share the artwork. This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut or for other reasons. I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork. NFT usage and use of the artwork for harrasment or any kind of hate speach is strictly forbidden.Personal use: This license includes the "general use" content stated plus the following information. You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays. You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale). You are NOT authorized to upload the artwork and gain any kind of money out of it. I have the right to charge a fee that pay the "monetized license" if I find out you broke this TOS.Monetized content: This license includes the "general use" content stated plus the following information. You may use the artwork for personal or monetized use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays. You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale). This license let you receive the artwork without watermark. You can use it for monetized purpose such as promoting your brand or gaining money in a non-commercial way.Refunds
During the sketch process I give the full refund. But after that I give half of the refund. For example: If you pay 50% beforehand I give you the 25% and if you had pay 100% beforehand I give you the 50%. When I finish the artwork you can’t ask for a refund. No matter if you dislike it or aren’t satisfied with it, the sketch process is the best moment to ask for changes or for a refund so take that in mind. If for some reason I can’t finish it before the deadline I am going to say it and you can ask for a refund depending on which process the drawing is.
